Mr. Predictor Contest - Rules

Rules for Common Rules

The effective Rules version is 1.2 and was updated 06.06.2007

• We would stop accepting submission before two hours of the match.
• We would only accept submission within 24 hours before the start of play.
• All scores would reset on 01st of January each year.
• If the Match starts on 31st of December and finishes the Next Year, the scores of the match would be counted in the old Year and not in New Year. The beginning of Match is considered for inclusion in a particular Year.
• Employees of vCricket.com and Capricorn Infotech India Pvt. Ltd, are not eligible to participate.
• Payment would be paid through PAYPAL.
• We are not offering Participation Point to players from 1st of May, 2007.
• The Prize money to Indians participating would be USD equivalent, paid in Indian Rupees.
• ONE PERSON CAN WIN A MAXIMUM OF THREE PRIZES (WHICH EVER THE HIGHEST)
• The winners would be notified by eMail by 7th of every Month.
• The winners name would be posted on the website by 10th every Month.
• The decisions of vCricket.com team would be final and binding to all.
• We could change rules without prior notice and intimation.
• We could suspend program without giving notice period.

Rules for Mr. Pitch

• If there is Tie or Match is abondened then there is no clear winner, so no points would be awarded to players.

Rules for Mr. Captain

Rules for Mr. Batsman

• The highest Scorrer is the Winner.
• If there is a tie with the highest Scorrer, then the Batsman who has scored the faster would be winner (Run rate is higher)
• If Score and RunRate is same, then player from the winning side would be declared winner.
• If we have two players from same Side have same score, with same Run Rate, then the player batting last would be declared winner.
• If there is a tie (considering both the batsmen are openers) then the decision would rest with vCricket editorial team.

Rules for Mr. Bowler

• Player who takes higest No. of Wickets is considered Winner.
• If there is a Tie, then player have lower run rate average would be considered winner (runs scored off his spell)
• If it is a Tie (Wickets and Run Rate Average is same), then player from winning side would be Mr. Bowler. If it is from the same side, then the player who has scored more would be considered winner.
• If there is a tie (considering both the bowlers do not bat) then the decision would rest with vCricket editorial team.

Rules for Mr. Match

• If two players are selected for Man of the Match award, then player from winning side would be considered winner.
• If there are two players selected from the same team, then player with higher score would be given preference.
